The 4th Annual Wild Woman Fest features two sessions this year, based on the cycles of the moon: Waxing and Waning. I will offer a workshop and kirtan at the Waning session, but I highly recommend them both. This is always a very special gathering with a wonderful group of facilitators and participants. true song: chanting the heart awake
Sivananda Ashram Yoga Retreat
Paradise Island, Bahamas
Each of us has a unique essence that will never be replicated, but due to patterns of conditioning and fear we often dim our inner light. Using contemplative practices like kirtan, inquiry, and meditation, we can begin to untie the knots of illusion and become more of who we truly are. Join me for this special retreat to uncover your true song and take rest in the silence of your deepest Self.

wise woman rise: a weekend retreat
These times are calling for us to reclaim our voice and honor the sacred in all things. As women, we have the unique opportunity to harness our gifts and use them to transform ourselves and the collective. In this weekend program we will dive into the mystery of the feminine and awaken the qualities that our world so desperately needs: creativity, compassion, devotion, intuition, patience, nurturing, radiance, and receptivity.
Please join me for a nourishing and inspired weekend of meditation, ritual, chanting, council, movement, and deep rest. Let’s learn to hold all that we are with tenderness and respect so we can do the same for others. Let’s awaken from the dream of separation and shame so we can rise up and touch the sky.
All women of all ages and backgrounds are welcome. Details forthcoming.
